We ship internationally.

Chaya will ship your order within 3 business days after receiving your order within a business day if the product is in stock.
However, as a rule, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays.
In some cases, we may not have the product in stock, in which case it will take a few more days.

Shipping Method
Your order will be delivered to the address you specify by one of the following delivery methods.
Yamato Transport's International Takkyubin, Japan Post's EMS (Express Mail Service), International e-Packet (currently not available in some countries), DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
We may change the shipping method depending on the customer's country/region of residence and the weight and size of the ordered items.
In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

Import duties and other taxes
Chaya is not responsible for any costs incurred due to import duties, sales taxes, or other taxes on the shipment of goods.
Any additional charges incurred due to customs clearance are outside of Chaya's jurisdiction and Chaya cannot predict in advance or inform the customer of the specific amount of any additional charges.
Customers should contact the customs authorities of the country or region in which they reside for information regarding customs duties and fees associated with transportation in their country.

Lost or damaged
Chaya is not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping by the shipping company.
In such cases, customers should contact the shipping company themselves.

Delivery days
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
Chaya cannot accurately predict the number of days it will take for an item to arrive at the address specified by the customer.
We are not responsible for any possible delays that may occur for any number of reasons regarding delivery.
We are not responsible for any delay in the arrival of your package at customs due to the political situation in your country or the coronavirus after the goods have been shipped.
